Shipping & returns

We currently ship to the United States only. A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout (shown before you pay).

Frames typically ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when payment is approved, and a shipping email with tracking when your order ships.

Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated at checkout by our payment processor and added to your order total. Product prices are shown in US dollars before tax and shipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the glasses and any included accessories are in original condition. Email support@private-eyewear.com with your order reference to start a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If the fit is wrong because of a production error or damage in transit, contact us and we will make it right.

We don't want your money for a pair you won't wear. We want you to have glasses you love.
